How to apply?

Congratulations on making a firm commitment to serve the Overseas Pakistani Citizens in particular and Pakistan in large.


Online Application

  1. Follow this link to complete our online application form.
  2. Fill in the required fields and upload your picture.
  3. Upload a scanned copy of your CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT in PDF or JPEG format.
  4. Pay the required fee using your debit / credit card or paypal account.
  5. Submit your application.



Postal Application

  1. You can download this Postal Application Form, print and complete it (This form can also be completed electronically). Alternatively, the form can also be obtained from OPCO Secretariats.
  2. Enclose two coloured photographs of the size 1” X 1” for your membership card. Write your name on the back of your photographs.
  3. Enclose copy of CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT.
  4. Enclose bank draft or pay order for the required Membership Fee.  Please make your bank draft/pay order payable to OVERSEAS PAKISTANI CITIZENS’ ORGANISATION.
  5. Post your duly filled application form along with 2 passport size photographs, copy of CNIC/NICOP/PASSPORT and the bank draft / pay order to following address:

You will then be sent the confirmation, by e-mail or by post, regarding acceptance or rejection of your application and also Membership details, if accepted.
